I am a Nepalese girl born in Lumbini Province—the sacred land where Lord Buddha was born—and raised in a small village in Kapilavastu. My journey began with simple but powerful values: hard work, honesty, and respect for food. These values continue to guide everything we do at Miss Dumpling.

While studying in Nepal and later in the UK, I worked in professional kitchens across a range of cuisines. These experiences shaped my skills and taught me the importance of hygiene, freshness, consistency, and clear allergy awareness. Cooking was never just a job for me—it became a responsibility to serve food people can trust.

Moving to London was life-changing. Making Nepalese momos far from home became both my greatest challenge and my strongest connection to my roots. My goal was to protect the authentic taste of Nepal while meeting the high food safety and quality standards of the UK.

Having completed my studies in the UK, Miss Dumpling represents my dream: to make my mother proud and to share the flavours of Nepal with everyone across the UK—from a quick daily snack to a comforting main meal.
